This body oil is simply an Italian dream come true. We used beautiful organic essential oils from our partner small artisanal distillery in Scilly specialising in citrus oils.

We used a freshly cold pressed Apricot Kernel Oil ( a light oil packed with vitamin E, helps with inflammation and dry skin) and mixed it with Bergamot oil ( a true healer, also lifts moods and relaxes the soul), and Lemon Oil ( sweet yet zingy, it helps clear the mind and relax the body).

Bergamot and Lemon complement each other beautifully, a perfect oil for a citrus lover.

How to use it

In Italian folklore ( streghteria) lemons were used in love and purification rituals. In aromatherapy Lemon essential oil is used as a natural analgesic. The anti-stress and antidepressant effects of this oil may have help our bodies interpret our pain without panicking.

We recommend you use the oil after the shower/ bath on damp skin.
