This oil is a forager’s dream. Made from cold pressing seeds of black currant and elderflower, the oil is what autumn harvest is about.

Blackcurrants and elderflowers bloom together at the end of the summer, blessing us with their dark, slightly sour fruits. They are incredibly good for the skin.

Our Blackcurrant + Elderflower Face Oil is cold pressed from the seeds of blackcurrant and elderflower, securing the botanical goodness of the berries. They are packed with natural vitamin E, caretenoids ( vitamin A) that support the skin renewal and regeneration and flavonoids, super antioxidants that protect the skin from the environmental stress. The oil is recommended for dry skin, mature skin and those looking for a great oil for cold weather.

This particular batch is not too oily and sits well on the skin, it absorbs really quick. The scent carries notes of blackcurrant.

How to use it

Apply to clean skin after using a tonic/ hydrosol.

You can skip the moisturiser, and only use the oil. In fact, most of our customers do that.
If you like your moisturiser, use the oil before you apply your moisturiser.

We recommend you do a little face massage whilst applying the oil to aid the lymphatic system.

The product is freshly cold-pressed from local seeds, unprocessed, and unrefined. 100% natural. Use within 12 months from opening.
