Lemons are fresh and invigorating, stimulate the senses and invigorate the soul. The oil has detoxifying and toning properties. Lemon essential oil is very sustainable. The oil is pressed from lemon peels of lemons that didn’t make it into supermarkets.
Lemon oil tones the skin, boosts circulation, helping to reduce varicose veins. It brightens and refreshes the complexion. Make sure you dilute the oil first.
A lemon oil massage supports the liver, helps lymphatic cleansing and helps reduce fluid retention.

Place a few drops of essential oil in your shower cabin ( we tend to spray the walls) and then run a nice shower. The steam and the oil will mix, providing the most invigorating, spiritual experience. You will enjoy the oil benefits by inhaling the aromatic steam. Chemicals in the scent can trigger  physiological responses and effect your mental state, and therefore work holistically on mind, body, and spirit. They bring balance, healing and beautiful sense of wellbeing.
How to use it:
Daily wellbeing ritual / shower
Place about 5 drops in your shower cabin or a bath. Enjoy your shower and breath in the steam.
The steam will contain bits of oil, and by creating it in, you will holistically treat your mind, body, and spirit; bring balance, healing and beautiful sense of wellbeing.
Face + body scrub
Mix 100ml of oil ( olive oil is really nice) and about 7-10 drops of lemon essential oil with a spoon of honey, a squirt of lemon juice and enough of sugar to make a smooth, nice paste. Use it immediately. We recommend using a scrub once a week when you shower. Massage it into your face and body, rinse off.
If your face is very sensitive, you may want to invest in very fine sugar.
