ALLERGIC REACTIONS

We offer 100% refund on all products that caused allergic reaction, including shipping. The concern must be raised within reasonable time from purchasing the product.

Shop credit for any items you purchased on sale will be offered. Customers have 14 days to contact us with a proof of sale and return the items on customer’s expense.

UNWANTED SKINCARE

Since we cannot guarantee that the products were unopened, we offer shop credit for any skincare you purchased that is no longer wanted. A customer has 14 days to contact us with a proof of sale.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

We offer full refund on all broken items, including shipping. A customer must contact us within 14 days from receiving the items. We will also try to replace any broken items and ship them free of charge, depending on the customer’s wishes.

ACCESSORIES: UNWANTED GOODS

We offer full refund on all unused accessories ( candles, bags, pouches), minus shipping. A customer must contact us within 14 days from receiving the items and then return the items to the shop on their own expense.
